Born and raised in the prairies, Pat moved to beautiful BC in 1970 and fell in love with the vibrant and exciting nature of Vancouver and surrounding areas. Pat has experienced the joy of living in some of Canada's most beautiful cites, including Saskatoon, Ottawa, Kingston, Quebec City and CHILLIWACK! A career banker, Pat took time out to raise her family, then launched her real estate career in 1996. Pat's life experience, banking experience and love of people made her a natural fit for a career in real estate.

Pat has developed a loyal clientele over the years by providing sound advice, superior service and genuine concern for clients' needs. As a full time realtor, Pat keeps up to date with current market conditions, educational opportunites and embraces current technology to assist in marketing and communications. In addition to selling real estate, Pat has served as an elected member of the Chilliwack and District Board of Directors. As chair of the Professional Standards committee, the topic of ethics in business, is one about which Pat feels strongly. Outside of real estate, Pat is actively involved in the community with Soroptimist International of Chilliwack, a service organization, dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls. As a former 4-H Leader, Pat continues to support 4-H activities in the community. Pat enjoys her four grown children and became a grandmother in 2007.
