Pat was referred to us by my neighbour, after we were unimpressed with the first realtor we were in contact with. The first realtor we dealt with showed us a number of homes, but only seemed interested in promoting the one home he had listed himself. When we discussed the marketing of our home, he suggested a sale price that was considerably less than what we thought it could sell for. We would have been unable to buy the home we ultimately wanted if we had listened to his advice! Pat was a breath of fresh air. She was very receptive to our thoughts on the pricing of our home, and welcomed input on marketing it as well. As a result, our home sold in just a couple of weeks, generating almost $40,000 more than our original realtor suggested we list it for!! This allowed us to buy a home on acreage that we never thought was possible, all credit to Pat’s patience, understanding and willingness to work with us, both on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. New Home and Business Dear Pat,
There exist three things in life one can count on: the goodness of God, the rising of the sun, and the gracious charm of Pat Phelps. Pat, we are both touched that you would remember our second anniversary in such a generous and elegant way. The flowers are beautiful. It was a steady chorus of "Ooh's" and "Aaah's" as people saw the arrangement on the counter at the store.
We are both working far too many hours on our own jobs plus the store. So, we don't always have the time to get together with friends as we would like. Please know, however, that your friendship and encouragement have added so much joy to the experience of building a home in Chilliwack.
We think of you often and will never adequately be able to thank you for the doors you have opened for us.

Referred by a trusted friend Pat really "rocks" as an agent. She drives a really cool car and has an awesome personality. She offers out of this world service and really seemed to dig my sense of humour. She set us up with a family picture by our hot tub and really seems to enjoy our clan. Change of Lifestyle My husband and I have recently been looking to move into a rancher style home, from Surrey. We looked in the Surrey/Cloverdale/Langley area and found nothing that was exactly right. Friends has moved out to the Chilliwack area a year and a half ago and just love it! They purchased a detached rancher at Halcyon Meadows and were extremely happy. Although not looking to get involved in a leasehold, we decided to give Pat Phelps a call to see what was available. That first day she showed us about 6 for sale. It was alot to tackle in one day, especially with my 85 year old mother-in-law with us! But Pat was the consumate professional and we appreciated her honesty and business approach!
I even was in the Chilliwack Safeway one day and while purchasing a few items, when I told the clerk we were out there looking at property.
